I dip a q-tip in, then put it around the tick. In less than a minute, normally the tick will come out on its own. If not, it makes it a lot easier to pull it out cleanly.<br /><br />Also, since I've gotten pregnant, my back cystic acne has been really bad (almost non-existent for 3 years previous). I had Josh wipe a cotton ball with tea tree oil on my back and it was ALMOST COMPLETELY HEALED the next morning.
